When you come through the doors someone will greet you with a bright smile and hello. If you have children with you, you have the option to check-in them in for children’s church. The host will give you a Connection Card and show you where you can be seated.

When you come into the doors you will have the option to check your kids in children’s service. They will get a lanyard and you will get a check out tag that only you can use to check your kids out.

Clothes is all we ask. No seriously. We have everything from folks that wear suits to shorts and flip-flops, even in the winter! Come comfortable.

First Church is committed to preaching the gospel that Jesus is both Lord and Christ.

We believe the original and first message that Jesus taught his apostles about water-baptism and being filled with the Holy Spirit.

We still believe in the power of God that was experienced by the first church in the book of Acts.

We embrace the call to spread the message of the Kingdom of Jesus in all of Southwest Virginia.
